Way back in the day when we were District 22 ARES a "D22 Newsletter" was published periodically. Wayne Heinen, NØPOH, sent us a single PDF file of some D22 newsletters and we've broken them apart and listed them below as PDF files. As your new EC I found them very informative, educational, and entertaining to say the least! The one thing that struck me was that as much as things change, they also stay the same. The problems faced by our district in previous years is really no different than what we face today. In casual conversations I've had with some folks the idea of restarting a newsletter has a lot of appeal and is being considered. If you can participate in the resurrection of it please contact me and we'll put you to work!
